Because of the regulated nature of our materials and the need to maintain full traceability, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at witega@witega.de
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs, so our team can assess the situation promptly.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund, at our discretion.
